Welcome to the Introduction to Database Systems! As your instructor, I would like to know more about you before we get started. Sharing these information with me would help me make adjustment to the course that better fits the goals that students in the class have.

Note that this is a large class with more than 100 students, which often has an waitlist that could not be totally resolved by the end of the registration period. I will try my best to accommondate your needs but won’t be able to serve EVERY individual needs. But do let me know if there’s any questions or things that you believe that I could help.

This assignment is in three parts -

• First, you will fill in a pre-class survey that helps me finalize some part of the course design.
